I think you did a great job on this portrait, I also like the watercolor of the boat you did. You can hear the water rippling. Great website, I enjoyed browsing thru it.
Totally new. It all started with a sketchbook I got in January 2009, drew the likeness of my daughter (to my surprise), got inspired by cartoonist Lynda Barry, then this blog was created in May 2009.
I must confess that getting visits from wonderful stranger artists out there is a thrill.

It´s beautiful! I like the red, black and white combination. Portraits are always difficult so the result is quite nice.
