Shaky

Here's Ian Falconer's Olivia, singing and dancing in high heels, while holding a tray of tall champagne glass with her index finger, ready to cross a riggety bridge on a blustery windy day... and midway, her snout gets stung by a bee.
Drawing characters from children's books for the wall display was something fun I did as a former Children's Librarian. A tribute!

My entry for Illustration Friday. Check out the book!

  7. Omg, yes, I love this! The red really stands out. Also, I can never incorporate my handwriting into my illos lol (even though I have tried) so I'm a big fan of this!!!

  10. oh oh. i like mysteries, and this is a good one: on the other side of the bridge is surely someone (or something) worth this "oh-oh" scenario. i wonder who (what)? very fun.
